I am looking to sublet my spot in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment.
The room is about 10' x12', with a good sized closet and high ceilings, and has a large south facing for lots of light.
You can see in the photos what a solid little set up the existing roommate made out of it.
Rent is $450/month (though negotiable for the right tenant with utilities (gas and water included) utilities not included: internet and electricity.
Sublet availability is now through July 20th for the bigger room with the second bedroom becoming available in mid May.
The full apartment would be able to be leased for the Aug- July next academic year with priority given to those that take over the sublet.
If you are interested in subletting the entire apartment based on that timing the rent would include the second bedroom as well.
