Hello, I am debating renting out the majority of my house and living in the addition that has a separate entrance.
I am open to between 1 and 3 people total.
There is the master bedroom and 2 basic bedrooms on the main level, all with closets.
The living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry are on the main floor as well.
I am open to sharing the common spaces or if you would like the living room and bathroom privately, that can be an option.
There is an unofficial bedroom with 3/4 bath in the basement as well.
The rest of the basement is unfinished but usable.
Garage space is available and there is a mechanic bay, with a lift, added on for a decent sized shop.
I would use the separate side parking area leaving the front open for your use.
I take care of utilities and lawn/snow duties.
There is a second refrigerator and 2 chest freezers in the laundry room.
$1,400 for the 3 bedrooms with private living room and full bathroom.
Shared kitchen, laundry and half bathroom.
Or $800 for the master bedroom with shared common areas.
$500 for the smaller bedrooms.
I am a 41 year old, self employed contractor.
No kids, never married.
Very easy going, open to making friends with all types.
I was a firefighter as a character reference as well.
