I'm looking for someone to take over my 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment lease.
The main living area and bedroom are furnished (the living area contains a couch, chair, coffee/side tables, a dining table and chairs, and the bedroom has a full-sized bed and a desk with a chair), and each bedroom is leased separately.
You would be living with people who are really kind, tidy, quiet, and responsible.
The complex welcomes pets and has no breed limitations, as well as a pool, gym, dog park, and complimentary coffee and pastries in the front office.
Parking permit is provided.
Pictures are of the model unit; if you are truly interested, I am ready to supply pictures of the actual unit.
The monthly pet rent is $758, which includes all utilities.
