Welcome to our inviting Craftsman house nestled in the charming Mount Tabor/SE Hawthorne/Belmont neighborhood! We currently have a spacious unfurnished basement room available for a roommate.
The room, approximately 11’ x 22’, boasts a private entrance for added convenience.
Please note, while the room has limited natural light, you have the freedom to personalize it with a fresh coat of paint.
Our 1911 Craftsman house exudes character with wood floors, leaded glass windows, and a cozy living room filled with art and musical instruments.
The atmosphere is rich with history, and we even have a projector for enjoyable movie nights.
The kitchen is undergoing remodeling and comes equipped with a gas range, air fryer, and standard amenities.
A washer and dryer are available in the basement.
Outside, our 1,500 sq ft space includes a large backyard with trees, a bike shed, a cast iron bathtub for summer cooling, and an 8-foot pool (unused this year but can be set up).
We also have a tiny house perfect for art, yoga, guest visits, or quarantine.
COVID precautions are a priority, and we follow masking and distancing protocols.
