3br - Room for rent (Monroe)

3 bed, 1 bath for rent.
2 men already live here, rent and utilities will be split 3 ways.
3 dogs also live here, i am open to a 4th but dogs have to meet 1st, if dogs don't get along, you won't be moving in.
The ROOM for rent has a full sized dresser in it, with very little storage space, the closet in there is rather small and washer/dryer take up other enclosed space.
hot water heater, and fuse box are closeted in this room so I will need access to it.
room has separate entrance from rest of house.
we both work graveyard/night shift so early morning noise will NOT be appreciated and will get you thrown out as will being late with rent/utilities payments.
Obviously, the room will be cleared out before move in.
