I am a 40 yr old W/M that has a spacious room for rent on month to month basis in a 2/1 home with large, fenced in yard close to ULM & Bayou Desiard.
Ideally looking for gainfully employed (doesn't matter the occupation), mature, chill, laid back male or female.
Room comes fully furnished (twin size bed, linen, chest of drawers, nightstand, lamp, desk, and chair) so all you would need are your clothes and toiletries essentially.
The bathroom is shared however my work schedule is extremely flexible and I mostly work nights.
The house is also fully furnished with anything you would need: Pots, pans, dishes, brand new washer & dryer, etc.
The rent for the room is $650 per month *all bills included (utilitles, trash, water, gas, internet, yard) with a $250 deposit.
Let's read that again shall we, "All bills included" I have a small dog (a Frenchie) so you would ideally have to be okay with a little pooch around & my partner stays here some nights as well.
You would be able to have guest as well but I would like
for us to form a somewhat of a bond before overnight guest.
Typically I can be friends and form a bond with everyone I come in contact with.
The only other thing you need is any type of grocery items or snacks you may want.
I am happy to share all the items I bring into the home because I have never been able to master the art of cooking for just one.
Also I do travel frequently so a lot of the times I will be gone either during the week or on weekends.
Basically the enviroment here is extremely chill.
No wild parties, no loud music, the home is on the dead end of a street which allows for a lot of privacy and no thru traffic.
