(There's also a driveway/garage for parking, only really needed occasionally on street sweeping days.
) We are close to transit, near bus stops & a short walk from the red line.
Rent is 490/mo, with utilities coming in at around 60/mo per person.

The place is owned and managed by a local guy, he's hands-off but incredibly responsive.
When there are issues they're fixed within days.
You would have your own room in the back of the house and share a bathroom with two others.
