Loss Prevention Associate

Responsibilities: - Conduct surveillance and monitor CCTV cameras to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and other criminal activities within the premises.
- Perform regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Identify and apprehend individuals involved in illegal activities or suspicious behavior.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during criminal investigations.
- Prepare detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches or incidents.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and recommend improvements to enhance security measures.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with any security-related concerns or inquiries.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Possession of a valid certificate in loss prevention or a similar field is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV systems.
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in report writing and maintaining accurate records.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
