The Reserve on Bayou Desiard Apartment Homes in Monroe, LA, is seeking to hire an Assistant Property Manger to provide support to the Apartment Property Manager.
This opportunity is for a full-time hourly non-exempt position.
Job Duties:
Income Collection: Maintain accurate resident records
Update all rents, deposits, and application fees received form residents & Prospects on a daily basis
Issue appropriate notices for late payments, evictions, NSF checks, etc.
Make daily bank deposits
Build and maintain a positive and repour with all prospects and residents
Inspect models, vacant units, and common areas
Coordinate with residents for lease renewals on a monthly basis
Execute all leasing functions including, but not limited to: answering incoming calls, schedule property tours, greet prospects, tour prospects on property and through model apartments, and initiate follow-up communications
Assist with the completion of monthly competition market surveys
Assist with accepting work order requests, including input into the workorder system, and communication with maintenance personnel
Keep accurate records of all move-in’s and move-out’s, availability, and unit status
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of Multi-Family experience
Proven customer service experience and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems
OneSite software experience desired
