$18/hour 40 hours a week *Responsibilities:* * - Must have a minimum of 1 year of Property Management experience * - Oversee the daily operations of our newer, updated residential properties (Approximately 100 units) * - Manage tenant relations and address any concerns or issues * - Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations * - Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors * - Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records * - Market available units and conduct tenant screenings * - Enforce lease agreements and handle lease renewals * - Maintain a high level of customer service and tenant satisfaction * - Manage part time staff at multiple locations * - Some personal assistant duties for owner (Administrative Assistant Work) * - Other duties as assigned * - Respond to weekend emergencies calls as needed * - Local travel required *Skills:* * - Sales: Ability to effectively market available units and attract prospective tenants.
* - Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to tenants.
* - AppFolio: Proficiency in using AppFolio or other software for property management tasks.
* - File management: Ability to organize and maintain property-related documents.
* - Light Accounting: Entering bills, making payments, and mailing payments.
* - Data entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills for maintaining tenant records.
* - Property management: Understanding of property management principles and practices.
One year required! * - Computer skills are required * - Strong knowledge of residential rental laws.
