Residential Manager * Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of residential properties - Manage tenant relations and address any concerns or issues - Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors - Collect rent payments and maintain accurate financial records - Market available units and conduct tenant screenings - Enforce lease agreements and handle lease renewals - Handle eviction processes, if necessary - Maintain a high level of customer service and tenant satisfaction - Manage staff at multiple locations - Some personal assistant duties for owner - Other duties as assigned - Respond to weekend emergencies calls as needed - Local travel required Skills: - Sales: Ability to effectively market available units and attract prospective tenants.
- Upselling: Skill in promoting additional services or amenities to tenants.
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to tenants.
- AppFolio: Proficiency in using AppFolio or other software for property management tasks.
- File management: Ability to organize and maintain property-related documents.
- Data entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills for maintaining tenant records.
- Property management: Understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Computer skills are required - Strong knowledge of residential rental laws We offer a monthly bonus plan in addition to salary and paid time off.
