Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of apartment operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants
- Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and security deposit returns
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and rent payments
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations
- Utilize property management software for data entry and record keeping
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred 5+ years
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management practices
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping using property management software (e.
g.
, OneSite)
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to leasing and tenant relations
- Experience working with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
