WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This individual will be responsible for administering, maintaining, setup, training, analyzing, troubleshooting, and reporting through key systems within our organization, primarily including Penguin Data, Lytx, and CCTV System.
This position will be the key point of contact for ensuring smooth usage and setup of all respective systems.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Maintain system security, accesses, and efficient operation of respective system.
Setup new users within the respective system(s), grant appropriate access levels, assign appropriate reporting structures, etc.
Conduct necessary training to new users as well as refresher training to current users, as needed.
Design onboarding training content for new users.
Design processes and procedures around systems usage and navigation.
Create standardized reports in respective systems for leadership review on regular basis.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to focus on details while still operating within tight deadlines.
Proficient communication skills.
Ability to quickly adapt, train, and learn new areas of the business.
Strong technical skills related to software, ad hoc reporting, computer information, etc.
Proven experience working with little supervision and creating high-level results.
Prior experience working with construction project management software or other similar software highly preferred.
Ability to effectively manage and coach a team of employees.
Bachelor’s degree in CIS, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
At least 2 years’ prior experience working in a similar role is required.
