LPN/RN Charge Nurse

Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate patient care delivery - Develop and implement nursing care plans - Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior - Communicate with physicians, LPNs, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals - Maintain accurate patient medical records - Administer medications and treatments to patients - Perform phlebotomy procedures when necessary - Provide acute care to patients in various medical situations - Manage pain effectively for patients - Conduct sonography procedures as needed - Provide care for toddlers in a compassionate and professional manner - Coordinate occupational health programs for employees - Engage in case management for patients requiring ongoing care Skills: - Proficient in medical records management - Expertise in pain management techniques - Skilled in sonography procedures - Experienced in acute care settings - Knowledgeable in toddler care practices - Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures accurately - Competent in medication administration protocols - Understanding of occupational health standards and practices - Proficiency in case management for patient care Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.
