Monday-Friday*_ Responsibilities: - Perform optical technician duties, including frame selection, lens measurements, and adjustments - Assist customers with selecting and fitting eyewear - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Use EHR system on computer for patient records and scheduling - Maintain accurate and organized patient records - Handle filing vision insurance related to optical services - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards - Skills: -Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Will have training on medical billing, coding, and insurance processes - Will train in using optical systems, such as lensometers and frame warmers - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience working in Optometrist Office is a plus - Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23,000.
