Your Role as a Yard Spotter at Red Baron Transportation:
Primary Responsibilities: You will be integral in managing the movement and allocation of trailers and containers within our yard.

Key Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
Experience: Prior experience in yard spotting or similar roles is required.
Skills: Proficiency in operating yard trucks and other related equipment, along with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Personal Attributes: A strong commitment to safety, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and adaptability to various environmental conditions.

Flexible Working Hours: 36/48 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (7 pm to 7 am)
Rotating Work Weeks: A balance of 4 working days one week followed by 3 working days the next.
