FedEx Ground Flex Driver

*Custom Delivery Services is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground and has openings for drivers to use their OWN vehicle to deliver FedEx Ground packages*.
The way it works is an existing employee of ours would shuttle the packages out to you if you are in a rural area, or you would go directly to the terminal to pick up your load for the day.
The pay is $17 - $20 per hour.
This is an employee (W2) position.
You will be paid via direct deposit every Friday.
Every driver will be provided a scanner and you will need a smart phone to download a delivery app, which will map out your daily route for you and provide GPS from stop to stop.
Below are the requirements for the program: -Must be 21 years of age -Must be able to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check -Must have a Valid Driver's License -Although most of our packages are under 25lbs, applicant must be able to lift 75 pounds and occasionally move 100 pounds with assistance of a cart *Vehicle Requirements:* -Valid registration and insurance -Vehicle GVWR under 10k LBS.
This is basically any passenger car.
Mini Vans, Suv's, and Pickup trucks with covered bed that locks.
-Vehicle less than 10 years old (MUST be 2012 to current) -Rental Vehicles are not allowed.
-Clean vehicle appearance without any offensive bumper stickers etc.
